Our policy is simple. If you’re not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it! We gladly accept returns within 15 days from the date you received your order. Kindly just make sure that all return items are in new, unused and resellable condition with all original packaging intact. Restocking fees are applicable and are dependent on the item and the supplier.

How to return an item?

Please use “Contact Us” form or email or call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number with the reason why you would like to return. We will provide you a RMA number once your return request is approved. Then please return the item to the location where it was picked up.


We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund in accordance with this policy and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
